Precision Mechanical Spiral Weaving
The winding die and internal weaving blade are the heart of any chain link fence manufacturing line. When the motor rotates the flat weaving blade, raw wire is drawn through the guide roller into the die, where it is twisted into interlocking spirals. Any manufacturing defect or surface roughness in the die profile will cause wire tangling or uneven tension, halting production.
Prakash Industries manufactures custom winding dies from high-tensile carbon-alloy steel, heat-treated for maximum wear resistance and finished with smooth internal bores. Our dies support Galvanized Iron (GI), PVC-coated, and Mild Steel (MS) wires from 2.0 mm to 4.0 mm, keeping output consistent across continuous production runs.
