Production Process Control
Each assembly stage — welding, gear fitting, die alignment, and PLC wiring — is inspected by quality controllers against standardized work instructions.
Pre-Dispatch Test Run
Every machine undergoes a minimum 4-hour continuous test run with real GI wire before dispatch, verifying output speed, die alignment, knuckling accuracy, and control panel functions.
