On-Site Machine Installation
Our senior engineers travel to your workshop location anywhere in India to professionally install, bolt-down, wire-up, and test run your new machine. Standard setup takes 2–3 working days. Floor anchoring, electrical wiring, and PLC initialization are all handled by our team.
Comprehensive Operator Training
Thorough hands-on training is provided FREE for your plant operators during the installation phase. Training covers wire threading, die swapping, speed control, emergency shutdown procedures, daily lubrication, and basic troubleshooting — in Hindi, Marathi, or English.
Lifetime Spare Parts Supply
We maintain a permanent inventory of original parts at our Kandali, Pune factory: winding dies, cutting blades, roll spindles, drive gears, bearings, and PLC components. Parts are dispatched via courier within 24 hours for Indian orders, and within 5–7 days internationally.
Live Machine Demonstrations
Visit our Kandali, Pune factory (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM) to see any machine running with real GI or PVC wire feeds before purchasing. No appointment needed for domestic clients. International buyers can book a private demo slot via WhatsApp or email.
Custom Die Manufacturing
Need a non-standard mesh size? Our workshop fabricates custom winding dies from 20 mm to 100 mm mesh, plus extra-large dies up to 200 mm for specialty applications. Dies are typically ready within 5–7 working days. Precision-machined from hardened carbide tool steel.
Remote Technical Support
Available Mon–Sat 9 AM – 6 PM IST via WhatsApp video call for real-time remote diagnosis. Our engineers can observe your machine operation via camera and provide step-by-step troubleshooting guidance — especially vital for our international customers.
Machine Calibration & Tuning
After extended production runs, machines can develop minor calibration drift in wire tension or winding speed. We offer periodic on-site recalibration visits to tune all drive systems, replace worn blade edges, adjust die alignment, and restore peak production output.
Export Documentation & Shipping
For international buyers, we provide complete export assistance: commercial invoice, packing list, CE declaration, machine manual (English), and proper wooden crate packing for sea freight. We coordinate with freight forwarders for FOB Pune / CIF delivery terms.
