Standard Commercial Terms

  1. Payment Terms & Bookings

    Orders are processed with a 20% advance booking payment. The remaining balance payment of 80% must be cleared on or before the loading of the machinery for transport.

  2. Advance Payment Policy

    Booking advance payments are non-refundable. Advance payments will not be returned under any circumstances once the production pipeline begins.

  3. Goods Return Policy

    Goods once sold cannot be returned. No returns, refunds, or product exchanges are accepted after delivery.

  4. Delivery Timelines

    Standard production and dispatch delivery time is between 30 to 40 days from receipt of the advance payment.

  5. Installation Policy

    Prakash Industries provides first-time on-site machinery installation at the buyer's site completely free of charge.

  6. Training Policy

    First-time operator training of up to 3 days is provided free of charge by our technicians during commissioning.

  7. GST Information

    All quoted machine prices are exclusive of statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 18%. GST will be charged additionally as per standard rates.

  8. FOB / Shipping Origin

    All quoted prices are ex-factory Prakash Fabrication Work in Pune (Alephata, Maharashtra). Local loading and transportation logistics expenses are to be borne by the buyer.

  9. Custom Machine Availability

    In addition to standard sizes, we manufacture and supply chain link fence weaving machines configured for fencing heights of up to 5 meters.
