The Founder's Journey: From Workshop to Global Exporter
With a deep-rooted passion for mechanical engineering and automation, Mr. Prakash Vethekar started his journey by fabricating essential manual tools for local wire processors. Realizing the immense potential and demand for higher-efficiency production in the fencing industry, he established Prakash Industries in Pune in 2009.
Under his leadership, the company evolved from a small workshop into a full-scale, ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing plant. His hands-on approach means he still personally supervises the design workshop in Junnar, Pune daily, ensuring every custom edge-bending system and wire feeder performs reliably under continuous production stresses. His vision is to empower local entrepreneurs with machinery that is affordable, extremely durable, and easy to maintain.

Established in 2009, the business started with basic manual jali machines and evolved into fabricating advanced PLC-operated double-wire weaving lines. With 1,480+ machines sold across domestic and international markets, Prakash Fabrication Work is now a leading manufacturer of chain link fence machinery.
Our facility near Pune comprises a 6,000 sq.ft. manufacturing unit and a dedicated 2,000 sq.ft. demo unit. This setup houses machine assembly, raw material staging, testing, quality assurance checks, and a live demonstration area for domestic and international operators.
